T24 Business Analyst – Corporate Actions

About the opportunity

Support Temenos T24 / Transact corporate-actions delivery for a banking client in Singapore. Work with securities-servicing and technology teams to improve event processing, entitlement handling and operational controls, translating business needs into implementable requirements. Responsibilities • Gather and analyse requirements for mandatory and voluntary corporate-actions processing. • Map event lifecycles covering announcement capture, validation, key dates, entitlement calculation, elections and proceeds processing. • Document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria. • Define requirements for event data, interfaces, notifications, reporting, reconciliation and exception handling. • Work with T24 / Transact configuration, development and integration teams to assess gaps and agree solutions. • Develop test scenarios for relevant events, entitlements, elections, positions and cash or securities movements. • Support integration, regression and user acceptance testing; investigate defects and verify fixes. • Help prepare operational procedures, user guidance, release readiness and post-go-live support. Location and employment Singapore · Hybrid · Permanent Salary: SGD 10,000 per month.

What you bring

• Hands-on business-analysis experience with Temenos T24 / Transact and corporate-actions or securities-servicing processes. • Understanding of mandatory and voluntary events, event dates, entitlement calculations, elections and proceeds processing. • Ability to analyse processing gaps and document clear business rules, functional requirements and acceptance criteria. • Experience working with banking operations, developers, integration teams and testing teams. • Familiarity with event data, financial messaging, reconciliation and operational exception management. • Strong analytical, documentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills. • SQL or data-analysis skills are desirable for investigation and reconciliation work. • Temenos or relevant corporate-actions/securities-domain certification is desirable.
