About the opportunity
Lead an Avaloq delivery workstream for banking and wealth-management change. Guide solution design, coordinate implementation and testing, and work with client stakeholders to deliver maintainable platform changes while mentoring consultants. Responsibilities • Lead requirements discussions and translate business needs into solution designs. • Assess proposed Avaloq changes, dependencies and integration impacts. • Guide configuration and implementation across the assigned modules or workstream. • Review specifications, test coverage and delivery documentation. • Coordinate defect resolution and communicate progress, risks and release readiness. • Mentor consultants and support consistent delivery practices. • Support deployment planning, operational handover and post-release issue resolution.
What you bring
• Strong hands-on Avaloq experience with delivery ownership in implementation, enhancement or transformation work. • In-depth knowledge of relevant banking or wealth-management processes and Avaloq modules. • Experience designing solutions and coordinating work across business, development and testing teams. • Ability to lead a workstream, manage dependencies and communicate delivery risks. • Experience reviewing deliverables and mentoring other consultants. • Familiarity with Avaloq scripting, SQL or integrations is desirable where relevant to the workstream. • Avaloq certification is desirable. • Required years of experience, module scope and client-specific criteria will be confirmed during review.
