About the opportunity
Lead testing for Temenos T24 / Transact core-banking delivery across Sec Del, Equities. Coordinate functional, integration and regression testing, support automation delivery and provide clear reporting on quality, risks and release readiness. Responsibilities • Define the test approach, scope, estimates and execution plan. • Coordinate testers, business analysts and development teams across the delivery lifecycle. • Review test coverage against business requirements and integration specifications. • Prioritise regression coverage and identify suitable test automation opportunities. • Lead defect triage, track resolution and communicate risks and dependencies. • Report test progress, evidence and release-readiness recommendations to stakeholders. • Support team members through test reviews, guidance and knowledge sharing.
What you bring
• Hands-on testing experience with Temenos T24 / Transact and core-banking workflows. • Relevant functional knowledge of Sec Del, Equities and related T24 modules. • Experience coordinating a testing team or leading a test workstream. • Experience with integration, regression and end-to-end testing. • Familiarity with test automation, Selenium and CI/CD or DevOps practices is desirable. • Ability to manage defects, test evidence and reporting using tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Clear communication, stakeholder coordination and practical risk management skills. • Experience working in Agile delivery teams. • Required years of experience and client-specific criteria will be confirmed during review.
