Temenos Project Manager

About the opportunity

Lead the delivery of Temenos T24 / Transact implementation, upgrade and change initiatives for a banking client in Singapore. Bring business, technology and delivery partners together to manage scope, schedule, budget and quality from initiation through go-live and transition to support. Responsibilities • Own the project plan, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements and delivery budget. • Establish delivery governance, maintain the RAID log and provide clear status reporting to project sponsors and steering committees. • Coordinate business analysis, configuration, development, interfaces and data-migration workstreams across bank teams and implementation partners. • Manage scope changes, assess delivery impacts and obtain the appropriate decisions and approvals. • Oversee system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution and readiness criteria with the relevant leads. • Plan and coordinate release activities, cutover rehearsals, go-live readiness and post-launch support. • Work with risk, compliance, security and operations teams to meet the bank’s delivery and control requirements. • Resolve cross-team issues, escalate risks promptly and maintain constructive stakeholder relationships. Location and employment Singapore · Hybrid · Permanent Salary: SGD 13,000–14,000 per month.

What you bring

• Proven project-management experience delivering Temenos T24 / Transact or closely related core-banking programmes. • Understanding of the core-banking implementation lifecycle, integration dependencies, testing, data migration and production cutover. • Experience managing delivery plans, budgets, vendors, risks, issues and change control in a banking environment. • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with business stakeholders, technology teams and senior management. • Working knowledge of Agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery methods, with a practical approach to governance and documentation. • Strong planning, problem-solving, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. • PMP, PRINCE2 or a relevant project-management certification is desirable. • Temenos delivery experience and familiarity with banking operations are particularly relevant to this role.
