About the opportunity
Support Avaloq implementation, enhancements and operational change for banking and wealth-management processes. Work with business and technology teams to translate requirements into practical platform solutions and support delivery through testing and release. Responsibilities • Analyse business requirements and document functional or technical specifications. • Support Avaloq configuration and enhancements within the assigned workstream. • Collaborate with developers and integration teams to resolve delivery issues. • Prepare test scenarios and support integration, regression and user acceptance testing. • Investigate defects, document findings and help verify fixes. • Maintain solution documentation and support knowledge transfer to operations teams.
What you bring
• Hands-on experience with Avaloq in an implementation, enhancement or support role. • Understanding of banking or wealth-management workflows and relevant Avaloq modules. • Ability to analyse requirements, investigate issues and produce clear documentation. • Experience supporting testing and working with business and technology stakeholders. • Familiarity with SQL, data analysis or Avaloq scripting is desirable where relevant to the assignment. • Avaloq certification is desirable. • Required years of experience, module scope and client-specific criteria will be confirmed during review.
